Happy New Year! I hope that 2021 brings a revival of spirit, health and balance in our lives.
If we learned one lesson in 2020, it is that you never know what will happen next. Seize the moment is more than an aphorism. I will be spending most of 2021 in Seoul, South Korea, seizing a unique opportunity to travel with my husband on a Fulbright.
If you know me, you may already know how much I enjoy exploring different cultures, learning about different values, customs and lifestyles. An interest in how people connect across differences is what led me to a career in communications.
I am taking a hiatus from this blog, but I’m starting a new one. I’ll be blogging about the experience of living on the other side of the world, exploring the differences and similarities and hopefully having uproarious adventures.
